What we collect

When you request a quote

The quote brief asks for your name, organisation, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number, along with the details of your enquiry: sector, garments, quantities, size breakdowns, branding requirements, deadline and budget range. You may also upload files such as logo artwork, specification sheets and reference images.

When you book a consultation

Your name, organisation, contact details, preferred date and time, and any notes you give us about what you would like to discuss.

When you contact us

Your name, contact details and the content of your message. If you message us on WhatsApp or Viber, that conversation is also governed by the privacy policy of the relevant platform.

If you create an account

Your email address and a securely hashed password, plus anything you choose to save: delivery addresses, saved logos and artwork, favourite fabrics and colours, and your quote and order history.

Body measurements. If you save measurements or size profiles for yourself or your staff, we treat these as sensitive personal information. They are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted to you and to the members of our team who need them to produce your order. Our website content editors cannot see them.

When you buy from the shop

Your delivery or pickup details and your order contents. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Automatically

Basic, privacy-respecting analytics: pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. We use this to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Why we use it

• To produce, brand and deliver your order
• To keep you updated on the status of a quote or job
• To answer your questions
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations

We only send marketing messages if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is necessary, with:

• Our hosting and database providers, who store the site and its data
• Our email provider, to send you confirmations and quotes
• Our payment provider, to take payment for shop orders
• Delivery partners, where your order needs to be shipped
• Our accountants and auditors, and any authority we are legally required to report to

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your artwork and logos

Files you upload remain yours. We use them only to prepare and produce your order, including digitising a logo for embroidery. We will not publish your logo or use it as a client reference without asking you first.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months, then deleted
• Quotes, orders and invoices: retained as long as required by Maldivian tax and company law
• Account data and saved measurements: until you delete them or close your account
• Uploaded artwork: for the life of the account, or 24 months after a one-off order

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Saved measurements are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is role-based, so each member of our team can only see what their job requires. Uploaded files are scanned before they are stored.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and saving a part-finished quote brief so you do not lose it. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. Where we produce school uniforms, we deal with the school or the parent, not with children directly.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be notified to account holders by email.
